My path towards authorship began more than four years ago when I embarked on a quest for resources that truly delved into the authentic experiences of the industry.

Throughout my extensive journey, each transaction presented its own unique challenges, from which I gleaned valuable lessons to carry forward. It was through this continuous learning process that I realized my love of writing and my role as an educator in real estate needed to be combined as one. This realization birthed “The Cost to Close,” where I blend my love for storytelling with my commitment to empowering others in the real estate industry.
