RENTAL FEE: $50

If you have five agent participating in the tour, you can split the cost, the cost would be only $10 per agent if you had 5 open houses on the tour of homes. The coordinating agent is the agent responsible for the fee and materials.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

There is an online ordering system. CLICK HERE to submit your order.

During time of order, there will be a $10 refundable deposit required on all orders in case there is lost and damaged products. (See policies and procedures)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I get them for Saturday and Sunday? Yes, that will equal the price of two orders which is $100.

When do I return the sign package? The signs need to be returned the following day.

Can I get the signs for a weekday open house tour? Sure, the signs are available any time.

Is it possible for the participating agents to get additional signs? Yes, The cost for the signs only will be $50

You are outside of my area. Do you offer the entire package and templates for other areas? Yes, this is coming soon. For a plug and play option for real estate agents and offices throughout the country.
